Prognostic survey statistics

The prognosis and treatment of major diseases are summarized.
The number of inpatients at the cancer center from May 1999 to December 5 was 2021, including 12 survivors, 20,903 cancer deaths, and 12,849 other causes.If death cannot be confirmed, the case is counted as a survivor.
The number of patients by site was the lung with 3,516, followed by the large intestine (colon + rectum) with 3,002, the breast with 2,979, the stomach with 2,446, and the prostate with 2,349.In recent years, there has been a marked increase in breast, large intestine (colon + rectum), and prostate.
Primary treatment included surgical treatment (11,950), radiotherapy (2,092), drug therapy (2,443), symptomatic/palliative care (3,480), laboratory testing (896), and other (42).
*Statistics are for inpatients and do not include outpatients only.
