At our hospital, we have introduced the Partnership Nursing System (PNS) with the aim of "providing safe medical care to patients and their families, as well as safe and high-quality nursing care for nurses."
Two nurses will be in charge so that they can practice nursing while cooperating with each other and provide reliable nursing.Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions.

We have redesigned the uniforms for nurses and introduced a two-color system that changes the color of the uniforms worn during the day shift and the night shift.The person in charge during the day and at night is clearly defined, making it easy for patients to understand.It is one of the efforts to create an environment where it is easy to speak out.
