Hospital referral

Greetings from the hospital director (characteristics of our hospital)

20264Month1I am Hidetaka Nishina, and I have been appointed as the Hospital Director of Tsukuba Medical Center as of [date].

Tsukuba Medical Center Hospital has developed from its starting point as an emergency medical facility, based on the philosophy of "collaborating with the local community and practicing patient-centered medicine." Currently, it plays important roles as a regional medical support hospital, an emergency medical center, an Ibaraki Prefecture regional cancer center, and a disaster base hospital.

While the healthcare landscape is changing dramatically, our mission remains the same: to reliably provide the medical care that our community needs, when it needs it.

Our hospital focuses on emergency medicine and cancer treatment, and we support community-based healthcare in collaboration with local medical institutions. At the same time, we are actively working to adopt new technologies and treatments, and we aim to create an environment where people in this region can receive advanced and high-quality medical care.

Furthermore, good medical care is supported by the efforts of each and every staff member. We will strive to create a hospital where everyone respects one another, regardless of their job title or position, and can work with pride.

We will continue to strive to be a hospital that is trusted by the local community and where patients can receive treatment with peace of mind. We sincerely ask for your continued support.
