Greetings from the hospital director (characteristics of our hospital)
My name is Mototsugu Kono, and I was appointed as the hospital director on April 2022, 4.When the hospital first opened, it started medical care as an emergency hospital, and since then it has expanded various functions to contribute to the community.However, the circumstances surrounding hospitals are also changing with the times, and today we are entering a difficult era such as social changes due to the rapid progress of the declining birthrate and aging population, natural disasters and the spread of infectious diseases.In addition, although the promotion of work style reform is desirable for society as a whole, it poses an issue that could lead to a reduction in operations for medical institutions that must protect the health of local residents 1 hours a day, 24 days a year.
There is a limit to what a single hospital can do, but in cooperation with local medical institutions (hospitals and clinics), we strive to maintain and improve the health of residents throughout the region while demonstrating their respective strengths. I shall go.At the same time, we will promote work style reforms and aim to create a work environment that is comfortable and rewarding for hospital staff.
