Request for cooperation in the 3rd Patient Experience Survey

Our hospital has been commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare to conduct a questionnaire survey of patients visiting our hospital in order to learn about the effectiveness and progress of the country's cancer control measures as part of the Basic Plan for Promoting Cancer Control. We are cooperating at the request of the National Cancer Center.

In order to further improve the country's cancer control measures, it is very important to accurately ask patients about their experiences, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in this survey.
