Publication of hospital information based on DPC data
At our hospital, we publish hospital information by compiling DPC (comprehensive payment system based on diagnostic group classification) data for inpatients at our hospital, in accordance with the nationwide definition set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
- This is aggregated data of patients discharged from our hospital during the fiscal year (April to March).
- Excludes data for patients who died within 24 hours, workers' compensation insurance, self-pay medical treatment, and patients who are not included in calculations by DPC.
- If the number of patients is less than 10, a hyphen (-) is displayed to protect privacy.

What is DPC (Diagnostic Group Classification Comprehensive System)?
DPC is an abbreviation for Diagnosis Procedure Combination, and is a system that calculates inpatient medical expenses based on a series of medical procedures for inpatients based on the disease name determined by the doctor, based on a fixed point per day determined by the government.
Patients eligible for DPC are those who use medical insurance and are admitted to general wards.
A 14-digit DPC code is determined based on a combination of the name of the injury, the surgery, and the presence or absence of treatment.
