There are private rooms and multi-bed rooms (rooms for 4 to 8 people).
Your room or ward may change during your hospital stay due to the content of your treatment or the acceptance of emergency patients.
Private room (special treatment environment room)If you wish to use this service, please contact the outpatient reception desk or the outpatient assistant in the outpatient examination room in advance (*We may not be able to meet your request depending on the usage situation on the day).
About bedding
Bedding will be provided by the hospital.
About hospital set
Hospital set is a service that allows you to rent clothes, towels, daily necessities, disposable diapers, etc. needed for hospital stay on a daily basis.

About explanation of medical condition
The attending physician or nurse will talk to the patient and family about the medical condition, examination, and treatment details.
Consultation hours are from 8:30 to 17:30 (Please note that inquiries about medical conditions cannot be made over the phone).
About the attending physician
During hospitalization, under the supervision of the head of the clinical department, the attending physician who is directly in charge of the patient and the attending physician, who is the superior, cooperate in providing treatment.
About rounds
There are once or twice a day rounds by the group of doctors in charge of the clinical department.
About the nursing system
As a general rule, there is no need for an attendant to attend to each patient.
Request during hospitalization
- Those who do not follow the hospital rules and the instructions of the doctors and nurses will be a nuisance to other patients and will not be able to achieve the purpose of medical treatment, so they will be asked to leave the hospital.
- Please do not bring large amounts of cash or valuables.
In case of theft, our hospital will not be held responsible.
Also, please note that we cannot keep valuables. - Please turn off your mobile phone in the hospital.

Hospitalization medical expenses
- Claims for hospitalization fees are closed at the end of the month and will be issued after the XNUMXth of the following month and distributed to the bedside.
- If you have any questions about the details of hospitalization fees or payment methods, please contact the staff of the Medical Affairs and Hospitalization Section of each ward.
- If there is a change in the health insurance card (elderly beneficiary card, medical welfare system, other public expense beneficiary card), etc. for hospitalized patients, please present it at the hospitalization reception on the 1st floor (counter 5).
- In addition to cash payment at the counter, you can also use credit card payment, bank transfer, and convenience store payment as a payment method for medical fees.

Comprehensive Payment System (DPC/PDPS)
Comprehensive payment system (DPC/PDPS) is an abbreviation for Diagnosis, Procedure, Combination, and Per-Diem Payment System. , Inclusive portion consisting of a fixed amount per day determined by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare based on the name of the patient's disease and its symptoms, whether surgery (treatment) was performed, whether there are complications, etc. (medication, injection, treatment, hospitalization fee, etc.) ) and the performance portion (surgery, anesthesia, rehabilitation, instruction fees, etc.).

High-cost medical treatment system

Please settle the hospitalization fee at the accounting counter on the 1st floor and present the receipt to the ward staff.
After that, we will give you a patient registration card and a reservation slip for the next medical examination.
