Flow of consultation

1. 

   Insert your patient registration card into the automatic return visit reception machine.

2. Please receive your receipt.
   Please put "reservation slip and reception slip" in the blue file.
3. Please bring it to each reception desk.

Confirmation of health insurance card

When you visit the hospital at the beginning of the month, please stop by the health insurance card confirmation window after reception.
We will verify your insurance card using your My Number Card (My Na Insurance Card) or Health Insurance Card.
(If you have any other recipient ID, please also present it.)
Please note that if you cannot confirm your health insurance card in the current month, you may be required to pay your own expenses.
Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance coverage.

About online qualification verification

Our hospital has introduced an online qualification verification system.
If consent is obtained using a card reader with facial recognition, drug information, medical examination information, and other necessary information can be obtained and used for medical treatment.
