Breast outpatient telephone reception

Our clinic operates a telephone reservation system for those who have a letter of introduction from a medical institution and the results of examinations such as municipal or company medical examinations.

If you do not have a referral letter or examination results, we cannot accept your telephone reservation.
First of all, please visit your family doctor or checkup institution.

Appointments from primary care physicians are still being accepted through the Regional Medical Coordination Office.

Flow of telephone appointment for mammary gland outpatient clinic

1. Please contact the hospital representative number (029-851-3511).

   Please have your referral letter and test results ready.

2. Our staff will ask you some questions.

   We will confirm the contents of the letter of introduction and examination results to the extent that we can understand them.

3. Confirm desired reservation date

   Depending on the reservation status, we may not be able to meet your request.
