Patient Satisfaction (Outpatients)/Patient Satisfaction (Inpatients)
Regarding the patient satisfaction survey, only the "Inpatient Satisfaction Survey" was conducted in 2022. Since the “Outpatient Satisfaction Survey” was not conducted, we will post the data for 2018 here.In addition, regarding the implementation in 2023, we are considering the survey method.

Satisfaction was evaluated based on the contents of medical treatment, waiting time, administrative treatment, and economic burden of outpatients.
Features of our hospital
The evaluation of the contents of medical care was generally good, but a low evaluation was seen in the waiting time.

Patient satisfaction with the hospital is a measure of whether the medical care provided at the hospital meets the patient's expectations and whether the patient is satisfied with the treatment results.
Features of our hospital
Satisfaction evaluation is almost the same as the hospital group in the same class.
However, as this survey was conducted during a time when medical care has become increasingly difficult due to the coronavirus pandemic, it is difficult to make an evaluation, but we have received opinions regarding the waiting time issue and the water environment such as toilets, which will lead to improvements. I will consider it.
In addition, we recognize that the waiting time issue is an ongoing issue, so we will focus on responding to it in the next fiscal year and operate to meet the expectations of patients.

Numerator: Number of outpatient and inpatient patients who answered that they were satisfied or somewhat satisfied with the question “What do you think about this hospital overall?”
