About Booking

All health checkup courses at our health checkup center require a reservation, and reservations can be made using various application forms (for repeaters* only) or by telephone.
However, depending on the health insurance association you are a member of or the municipality (national health insurance) you live in, you may not be able to make a reservation directly from the person in question.
If you are unsure, please contact us.
Current,We do not accept reservations by directly visiting the facility.

[For those taking the Association Health Insurance General Health Checkup (Preventive Health Checkup for Lifestyle Diseases)]
As abdominal palpation is no longer a required item but is left to the doctor's discretion, abdominal ultrasound examination, which was previously performed as an alternative to abdominal palpation, will be excluded from the health checkup items from 2025. If you would like to have an abdominal ultrasound examination, you can apply for it as a separate optional examination (examination fee: 5,500 yen (tax included)).

• Please prepare the information from your "My Number Health Insurance Card" and "Qualification Confirmation Certificate" (insurer name, insurer number, symbol, number, branch number, insured person/dependent classification).
