For re-examination
For those who were told to re-examine or perform a detailed examination
- If you have a family medical institution, please consult with your doctor first.
- It is recommended that you have a family doctor with whom you can feel free to consult about your health on a regular basis.
For those who visit other medical institutions
- A letter of introduction is required when visiting a hospital.
- We recommend that you bring your image data with you when you undergo a detailed examination related to image inspection.
Image data will be charged separately. - We will prepare a referral letter and images, so please have your health checkup report ready.
Please call the Health Checkup Center.
In principle, the letter of introduction and images will be handed over to the patient himself/herself. If someone other than you is coming to pick up your package, you will need to submit a power of attorney. Please note that at that time, we will also check the ID of the person undergoing the procedure (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.).
