Facility Management Division

The Facility Management Section supports the maintenance and management of buildings and equipment in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone working in the hospital.
In addition to simply arranging repairs and renewals for aging buildings and equipment, we are also responsible for formulating appropriate repair plans that take into consideration the mid- to long-term management policy and cost-effectiveness of the entire hospital. .
In addition, since the Great East Japan Earthquake, the importance of maintaining functions as a disaster base hospital has increased as a major issue. In order to prevent malfunctions even in the event of a large-scale blackout or water outage, we are actively working on the maintenance and repair of emergency power supply equipment such as private generators and batteries, and the construction of new emergency well equipment. This is where I am.

In addition to facility management, we also manage energy such as electricity, gas, and kerosene, and are working to save resources and reduce carbon dioxide.
