Against the backdrop of the declining birthrate and aging population, progress in social security reforms, and other factors, the social environment surrounding medical institutions is about to change dramatically.Our corporation is also being asked more than ever to adapt to changes in the business environment.The role of the Corporate Planning Section is to work on solving problems in response to changes in the internal and external environment, and to build appropriate relationships with society.

Planning staff

Its main role is to address important corporate management issues in response to changes in the environment, such as responding to work style reforms for doctors.

Publicist

It plays the role of disseminating our business activities to the community and society, and the role of instilling the vision of the corporation into the organization.

  1. Handling of interviews
    Responding to interviews from the mass media (newspapers, TV, magazines, etc.)
  2. Creation of PR magazines and various pamphlets
    Annual report, PR magazine for staff "TMC Now", hospital information, etc.
  3. Update information on website and SNS
  4. Digital content production for staff
  5. Production and distribution of various videos
  6. Support for local health awareness events, etc.
  7. Efforts to improve the recuperation environment through art and design in collaboration with art students at the University of Tsukuba
