What you need for the admission procedure

Those under the age of 18 require parental consent.

Foreign nationals need a passport or residence card.

You will be required to sign the application form.

Precautions

• Membership is open to those aged 16 and over.In addition, those under the age of 18 require parental consent.
• The admission fee is valid until the time of withdrawal (there is no refund).
• If the monthly membership fee is paid in one lump sum for the whole year, one month's membership fee will be exempted.
  *Changed from January 2019.
  Note) Medical members and corporate members are not eligible.
• The monthly membership fee will be automatically deducted from the customer's designated financial institution on the 27th of the month prior to use.
  Note) If the 27th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the payment will be made on the following business day of the financial institution.
• Our center is a membership system.In the case of visitor use, the usage fee is as follows.
