About the use of facilities

QWhat should I wear when exercising?
AThere is nothing specified.Please prepare clothes that are easy to move in (T-shirts, shorts, jerseys, socks, towels).As for clothes that are not suitable for exercise, please refrain from wearing non-elastic fabrics such as jeans or chinos, or clothes that do not absorb sweat such as sauna suits.
QI am a beginner, can someone teach me?
AWhen you join us, you will first receive an orientation.Don't worry, our trainers will guide you through the facilities, how to use the machines, and the flow of exercise.
QIf I join, can you create a training menu, how to use the machines, etc.?
AWe will keep you informed on how to use the machine.There is a fee for creating a training menu.A trainer conducts counseling and proposes the optimal training menu for each individual's purpose.
QI would like to participate in the studio program, do I need to pay or make a reservation in addition to the membership fee?
AYou don't have to pay anything other than the monthly fee to use the gym or studio.You are free to take whatever program you like.Also, although reservations are not required, please receive a numbered ticket as it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.We recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
QIs there a place to store shoes, shampoo, etc.?
AThank you.Apart from regular lockers (free), you can also use rental lockers (charged) where you can store your own luggage.
In addition, the shower room is equipped with body shampoo and rinse-in shampoo, so please feel free to use them.

About various procedures

QHow do I withdraw?
APlease submit various notices by the 10th of the desired withdrawal month (or the previous business day if the facility is closed).If you are unable to visit the library in person, you can have someone else carry out the procedures on your behalf, so please bring your membership card and fill out the necessary documents.
QCan I take a break?
AWe also have a holiday system.Please submit various notices by the 10th day of the month before the desired month of absence (or the previous business day if the facility is closed).You will be required to pay 1% of the monthly membership fee as a recess fee.In addition, if you wish to extend your absence, please submit an extension notice by the 30th of the month before the month in question, and if you return to the meeting during the suspension, you can resume using it by paying the difference between the suspension fee and the monthly membership fee. .
QHow can I change my membership type?
AIn the case of a change of type, please submit various notifications by the 10th of the month preceding the month in which you wish to change (or the previous business day if the facility is closed).At that time, by paying the difference between the current membership type and the new membership type, you can change the membership type from the next month.
