Home care support office

If you have passed the nursing care support specialist practical training exam and wish to receive practical training, please contact the in-home nursing care support office or the in-home nursing care support office Ishige directly.
Please refer to the following home-visit nursing for clothing and infection control.

Visiting nursing

If you are going to receive practical training or training at Home-visit Nursing Fureai, Satellite Nanohana, or Home-visit Nursing Station Ishige, please check the following.

Clothes / belongings

• Please wear clothes that are not flashy overall.
• Please wear a polo shirt, pants (no jeans) and socks.
• Bring a spare pair of socks as the floors you visit may be dirty.
• Bathing assistance may make you sweat.Please bring your own towels.
• Please bring a plastic bottle or water bottle for hydration.
• Please bring a mask, disinfectant, disposable gloves, apron, etc. to prevent infection.

Changing room, washroom, toilet

The location will be announced on the first day by instructors and staff.As a general rule, toilets cannot be borrowed at the user's home, so please be sure to use them before you leave for your visit.

Please visit each office.The entrance is locked by security for those who come to the Home-visit Nursing Fureai.Please press the intercom.

Have a morning meeting.
Communications, on-call reports, user reports, etc.
At the end, we will introduce the trainees, so please tell the staff about yourself, your aspirations for the training, and what you want to learn.

9:30-12:30

Accompanied by a visit: If there is time, we will explain the home-visit nursing service.

12:30-13:30

Lunch break: There may be some deviation due to the schedule of the visit time.

14:00-17:00

evening conference

A conference will be held mainly for the users who visited on the day, providing information to the on-call staff and discussing future policies.Please join us if you have time.On rare occasions, it may be past 18:00, so you can end the training depending on the situation. (Of course, it is possible to participate until the end.) The staff will be encouraged if you tell us your opinions and impressions during the visit.

If you are coming by car,Park in a nearby paid parking lotplease.
Please refrain from parking in our hospital parking lot (Medical 2nd level, Medical 3rd parking lot).
