Guidance for practical training and tours of each facility

Our organization accepts trainees and visitors on behalf of schools, training institutes, and facilities that aim to train medical professionals. We also provide on-site training for medical professionals and emergency medical technicians who are active in the real world.

Please refer to the following for application procedures and required documents.

About vaccination

When accepting trainees for practical training that involves direct contact with patients, we check whether they have received the designated vaccinations. Vaccinations are not a requirement for accepting trainees, but there may be certain restrictions placed on the training, so be sure to check.

Memorandum on Clinical Training Entrustment (Form No. 2)

A contract will be concluded regarding the implementation method and matters to be observed. If the client has a different format, please contact us. Otherwise, please download the above, fill in (enter) the necessary information, stamp, create two copies, and mail them. We will return one copy to you after stamping.
*Not required if requesting a tour.
*When printing, please print on both sides of A2 size paper or one side of A4 size paper to avoid printing on two pages.
