About "Information provision to medicine notebook"
From February 2023, we will start providing information to the medicine notebook as "Notice to insurance dispensing pharmacies".
For some patients who are scheduled to be hospitalized, we will provide information on the scheduled hospitalization date, whether or not there is an instruction to suspend medication, and whether or not the patient wishes to adjust the drug following the instruction to suspend medication.Please use it when dispensing and interviewing.
