In recent years, the distribution of vaccines has been unstable, and it may be difficult to make a reservation due to supply restrictions, especially for MMR vaccines. We ask for your understanding in this case.

Our hospital conducts vaccinations and antibody tests for the following people.

Those who go abroad for business trips, overseas assignments, study abroad, travel, etc.

Cervical cancer vaccine precautions

◇ For those eligible for public funding ◇
If your resident registration is outside of Ibaraki Prefecture, you will need to complete the necessary procedures in advance at the city or town where your resident registration is located. Please note that if you do not have the necessary documents, you may not be able to receive public funding.

Please prepare a request form including the following information at the city hall where you have your resident registration.
・Name, address, date of birth of the person
- Name and number of vaccinations (Sylgard 1, 2, 3 times)
- The person's address and phone number in Tsukuba
・Request validity period
・Payment of vaccination fees: Temporary advance payment at your own expense (reimbursement payment: refund based on receipts and detailed statement)
- The pre-examination form to be used (whether it is the one issued by the city or town where you are registered as a resident, or our hospital's)

Once we have confirmed your request, we will call you to make a reservation. After that, we will ask you to send us an image of the request form..
Please note that public funding will be available for those who are receiving their first vaccination up until September 2024, 9. There is a limited number of slots available for outpatient appointments, so we regret to inform you that we will not be able to vaccinate you if the slots are filled. Please apply well in advance.

Antibody titer and vaccination certificate related to employment/training/Japanese, 3,300 yen (tax included) per copy
