Regarding website posting for the Visiting Nursing Medical DX Information Utilization Addition

In accordance with the 2024 medical fee revision, Visiting Nursing Fureai, Satellite Nanohana, and Visiting Nursing Station Ishige will have nurses (excluding licensed practical nurses) at visiting nursing stations registered with the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Health and Welfare Bureau acquire users' medical information through electronic qualification verification pursuant to Article XNUMX, Paragraph XNUMX of the Health Insurance Act, and then plan and manage the implementation of designated visiting nursing care.
As a result, the amount set as the visiting nursing medical DX information utilization surcharge will be added to the specified amount.

(New) Home nursing medical DX information utilization surcharge 50 yen/month

The facility standards in this regard are as follows:

(1) The claim is made using an electronic data processing system as provided for in Article 1 of the Order on Claims for Home Nursing Care Expenses and Publicly Paid Medical Care Expenses (Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance No. 5 of 1992).
(13) Having a system in place to conduct electronic eligibility verification as prescribed in Article XNUMX, Paragraph XNUMX of the Health Insurance Act.
(3) Matters concerning the system for promoting digital transformation in medical care and the acquisition and utilization of sufficient information for providing high-quality home nursing care must be posted in a conspicuous place at the home nursing station.
(4) In principle, the information posted under (3) above must be posted on a website.
